憤怒是好的


很多人問我,為何感到憤怒?不知從何說起。也不想說。憤怒便是憤怒了。憤怒是一種渲泄、一種反應、一種反叛心理。憤怒是好的。特別在我這年紀。因為憤怒的存在證實了我還關心、我還有鬥志、我還有未完的夢、未實現的理想!
憤怒是好的。特別是對我週邊的人來說。因為他們能清楚明白到我的立場、我的原則、我的底線!
憤怒是好的。特別是對我來說。因為每一次的憤怒都像是新加的燃料,為我提供新的動力、像是黑夜的明燈,為我照出前路的方向、像是早晨的咖啡,使我的思路更為清晰!
但憤怒是不好受的。也是高消耗的感情。我不知還有多少憤怒貯存在我的肚子裏。或許今天已消耗盡了。管他!天下無不散之筵席。
但憤怒還是好的。

I think I understand why you are angry, and I absolutely agree with your phrase "Resentment makes people stronger"! because I feel exactly the same. Every time I irritated by somebody, I become stronger.
However, resentment is not good for health, so please take care! Go play some golf~~~

I believe it is ok to get angry or even throw a small tantrum. I mean tantrum, not banana! Hope you will soon get better.
