泰國政局不穩，港人被困他鄉，特區政府卻毫無表示、不理港人死活。連澳門特首也懂得以包機拯救澳門人，我們的政府卻望天打掛，聽天由命。一時說商業航機有足夠能力接回港人，一時又說問題不出在機位上，總之藉口多多。人道官者父母心，我們為官的卻似是對子女毫無感情，直至搞出人命才有些少悔意，但仍死不認錯。到終於動用專機又不給被困港人足夠通知，要求港人自行在兩小時內由曼谷趕到布吉，這算是什麼拯救行動？
唉！總之一塌糊塗，無絲毫決策能力，更無愛民之心！究竟這是不知不覺還是後知後覺？

Agree, why HK Govt always need to be a min slower than others!!
A minute? More like at least a few days!
Obviously, ministerial responsibility system is not working in Hong Kong.
I find it amazing that Henry Tang thought that that was such a thing as "collective responsibility". That is same as saying no one is responsible! We are not saying heads should roll but at least there should be a chain of responsibility.
